Billing, invoices and payment methods

Your Nysroc subscription is billed in CAD through Stripe. Open nysroc.com/account and click Manage billing to update your card, download invoices and see payment history.

Steps

1. Sign in at nysroc.com/account.
2. Click Manage billing. Stripe's secure billing page opens.
3. Update your card, download invoices and receipts, or see past payments there.

If a payment fails: your workspace stays on while Stripe retries the card over the next days, and you receive an email. Update the card in Manage billing to fix it. If the payment cannot be collected in the end, the account moves to the free Website plan: your website stays live and your data is kept.

Refunds and credits: the Nysroc Assistant (an AI) checks your billing and applies our written refund policy right away (see Refunds and credits). Anything outside the policy, and disputed charges, go to the Nysroc owner for review. For tax questions about your own business, ask your accountant.
