Cancel your subscription

Cancelling takes two clicks at nysroc.com/account/cancel. You can cancel at the end of the period or right away. Your website stays live on the free Website plan and your data is kept so you can export it or restart later.

Steps

1. Sign in and open nysroc.com/account/cancel.
2. Choose when: at the end of the current period, or now.
3. Confirm. You get an email confirming the cancellation.

What happens next: the workspace modules pause (read-only), your website stays live for free, your data is kept, and you get a one-click export. You can restart a paid plan any time from your account page (the free trial is once per account). Cancelling during the trial means you are never charged.
