Where your data is stored (Canada)

Your Nysroc workspace, website, files and backups are stored on servers in Canada. Two exceptions: card payments are handled by Stripe, and managed Nysroc AI runs on DeepSeek's API in China. You can switch AI off, use your own AI key or set your workspace to Canada-only so no AI processing leaves Canada.

• Stored in Canada: your workspace (books, customers, CRM, help desk), your website, your files and your backups are on servers in Canada.
• Card payments: your card is entered on Stripe's page and handled by Stripe; Nysroc never stores card numbers. See the sub-processors page for where each provider processes data.
• Managed Nysroc AI is the exception for AI: it runs on DeepSeek's API, so text you send to AI features is processed in China. It is on by default.
• Keep everything in Canada: an owner or admin can switch Nysroc AI off, use your own AI key, or set the workspace to Canada-only in Settings › AI.
• Your data stays yours: export everything at any time from your account page.
