Delete your account

Deleting your account is permanent. On nysroc.com/account choose Delete account and type your workspace name to confirm. Any subscription is cancelled, your data is kept 30 days for export, then deleted.

Steps

1. Export your data first (nysroc.com/account → Export my data).
2. On the account page choose Delete account.
3. Type your workspace name (for example your-business) to confirm.

Your website goes offline, any subscription is cancelled immediately, and your data is kept for 30 days so you can still export it, then purged. The Nysroc Assistant cannot delete accounts for you; this is always done by the owner on the account page.
