Your 30-day free trial

The paid plan you pick (Lite, Starter, Plus or Advanced) is free for the first 30 days. A card is collected at sign-up but nothing is charged until the trial ends. You get a reminder email 3 days before the end, and you can cancel any time before that and pay nothing.

• Length: 30 days, one free trial per account.
• Plan: the trial runs on the plan you chose at sign-up. You can upgrade during the trial at no charge; a downgrade applies when the trial ends.
• Card: collected at sign-up on Stripe's page, not charged during the trial.
• Reminders: Nysroc emails you 3 days before the trial ends (with the date and how to cancel); Stripe also sends a reminder 7 days before.
• At the end: if you keep your plan, your subscription starts at that plan's price (monthly, or yearly at 10% off, taxes extra) and the first payment is taken. If you cancel, you move to the free Website plan: your website stays live, your other modules pause and your data is kept so you can export it or come back.

Steps

1. Open nysroc.com/account to see your trial end date.
2. To stop before you are charged, click Cancel, then confirm (two clicks).
