Plans and pricing

Nysroc Website is free for life. Paid plans, in Canadian dollars per month with taxes extra: Lite $20 (1 user), Starter $30 (1 user + your accountant), Plus $110 (up to 5 users + your accountant) and Advanced $220 (up to 25 users + your accountant). Paying yearly saves 10%. Every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial; cancel anytime.

• Nysroc Website ($0): free for life while your account exists, even if you cancel a paid plan. Hosting, free SSL, a nysroc.com address, one custom domain, the AI website builder, version history, a contact form delivered by email and data export.
• Nysroc Lite ($20/month, or $216/year): 1 user. Invoicing, online payments, sales tax, expenses and basic reports, plus everything in Website. No accountant seat.
• Nysroc Starter ($30/month, or $324/year): 1 user plus your accountant. Everything in Lite plus full bookkeeping, receipts, a simple CRM and Nysroc AI.
• Nysroc Plus ($110/month, or $1,188/year): up to 5 users plus your accountant. Everything in Starter plus inventory, purchasing, sales orders, POS and loyalty, multi-currency, budgets, projects and time tracking, CRM pipeline, Help Desk, e-signatures, forms, booking, files and calendar, online store and shipping, and one full sandbox.
• Nysroc Advanced ($220/month, or $2,376/year): up to 25 users plus your accountant. Everything in Plus plus Phone, automations, custom reports in Insights, custom roles, batch actions, backups with point-in-time restore, priority support, unlimited integrations, Ads, Video and every other Nysroc module.
• Sandboxes: Website, Lite and Starter include a website sandbox (preview drafts before publishing). Plus and Advanced include one full sandbox of the workspace and website.
• Prices are in Canadian dollars; GST/HST/QST are added at checkout based on your province.
• Changing plans: an upgrade applies right away and you pay the prorated difference. A downgrade applies at your next billing date; you keep your current plan until then.
• Payroll (Core, Premium and Elite) is coming later as an add-on and is not available yet. Other add-ons such as extra phone lines, private AI, extra storage, extra AI usage and extra domains are planned.
