Signing in, passwords and two-step verification

Sign in at nysroc.com/login with email and password or Google. Use Forgot password on the sign-in page to reset it. Turn on two-step verification in your Nysroc Login profile for extra protection.

Go to: Workspace sign-in (https://your-business.nysroc.com/login)

Steps

1. Go to nysroc.com/login (account, billing, website editor) or your-business.nysroc.com/login (workspace).
2. Sign in with your email and password, or Continue with Google if you signed up with Google.
3. Forgot your password? Click Forgot password on the sign-in page and follow the email.
4. Didn't get the confirmation email after sign-up? Ask the assistant to resend it (it asks you to confirm first).
5. For two-step verification, open your profile in Nysroc Login and set up an authenticator app.

Nysroc staff and the assistant will never ask for your password or a one-time code.
