Connect your own Stripe account (payments into Books)

Connect your business's own Stripe account so online payments, Stripe fees, refunds and payouts are recorded in Nysroc Books automatically. This is separate from how you pay Nysroc.

Go to: Open your workspace (https://your-business.nysroc.com/app)

Steps

1. In your Stripe dashboard create a restricted key for Nysroc (read access to payments, payouts and balance).
2. In your workspace open the Stripe settings and paste the key and the webhook secret (they are stored encrypted and never shown again).
3. Add the webhook address shown on the settings page in your Stripe dashboard.

Then payments mark invoices as paid, Stripe fees are booked as an expense, refunds become credit notes and payouts are matched to your bank. Your Nysroc subscription is billed separately.
