I did not receive an email from Nysroc

Check spam or junk and search for "Nysroc". Emails come from no-reply@nysroc.com. The assistant can resend your sign-up verification email after you confirm.

Steps

1. Look in spam or junk and search for "Nysroc".
2. Add no-reply@nysroc.com to your contacts.
3. Verification email: ask the assistant to resend it (you confirm first).
4. Password reset: use Forgot password on the sign-in page again.
5. Export ready: the download link also appears on your account page.
