Nysroc Terms of Service

Free trial

The Nysroc Platform plan includes a 30-day free trial. A payment card is required at sign-up and is held by our payment processor, Stripe. No charge is made during the trial. We email you at least 3 days before the trial ends with the date and the amount that will be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan renews monthly at the price shown at sign-up plus applicable taxes until you cancel. One free trial per business.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account in two clicks, or by emailing support. Cancelling during the trial means you pay nothing. After the trial, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.

Free website hosting

A website built with Nysroc is hosted free on the Nysroc Website plan for as long as your account exists, including after you cancel the Platform plan, subject to the fair-use limits published on our pricing page and our acceptable use policy.

Your data

You own your data. You can export it at any time. After you delete your account we keep an export available for 30 days and then permanently delete your data, except where the law requires us to keep records.
