This page repeats, word for word, the refund, cancellation and service-credit terms of our Terms of Service (sections 4, 5, 6 and 13). If this page and the Terms of Service ever differ, the Terms of Service govern.
The Nysroc Platform plan includes a 30-day free trial. A payment card is required at sign-up and is held by our payment processor, Stripe. No charge is made during the trial. We email you at least 3 days before the trial ends with the date and the amount that will be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan renews monthly at the price shown at sign-up plus applicable taxes until you cancel. One free trial per business.
Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused features or downtime. Nothing in this section limits a right you have under applicable consumer law where it applies, or a service credit we expressly offer in section 13.
You can cancel at any time from your account in two clicks, or by emailing support. Cancelling during the trial means you pay nothing. After the trial, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.
Cancelling the Platform plan does not delete your account or your data. Section 7 of the Terms explains what happens to a website, and section 9 explains export and deletion.
If we miss the monthly availability target in a given month, you may request a service credit within 30 days of the end of that month. The credit is 10% of that month's fee for availability below 99.9% and at or above 99.0%, and 25% for availability below 99.0%. Credits are applied to a future invoice, are not paid in cash, and are the sole remedy for missed availability except where the law provides otherwise.
